HOW TEGA AND BOMA WERE A HYBRID OF BAD ENERGY IN THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE

 Tega's situation at the big brother's house is one no one should ever want to be in. I never believed that anyone that accesses that platform can ever lose even if they did not win the big bag, but Tega lost. In fact, she is the first loser I have witnessed in BBN. She lost her respect, she lost her dignity, she could possibly lose her marriage, she lost the fame she was pursuing as well as drew so much hate upon herself. And all these are borne out of desperation and her lack of understanding of what the game is all about. She thought she was giving highlights without knowing she was destroying herself. It is a shame she will come out of the house to see different sizes of sledgehammers waiting for her. Something in me genuinely feels pained for her and the situation she had created for herself. 

I made a comment which a number of netizens misunderstood as trying to give Tega a soft landing. Ofcourse, no reasonable person will support Tega's actions. Everything she did with Boma is disgusting and out of proportion. She acted with no single regard for her marriage and stuff. But the fact is that no matter how promiscuous a woman is, there is a limit to what she can do if she still values, loves and respects her marriage. In addition to  being a bad girl, Tega never valued her marriage or respected her husband. You may like to agree with me or not --- the respect a woman has for her husband is like a leash, it defines boundaries around her. 

Once that leash is broken, the woman can act unpredictably and could bring a huge shame on the family if she is originally the shameless type. Men cheat just for extra fun, women cheat when they are not happy in their current relationship. No woman, no matter how insane she is, will sacrifice her marriage on the altar of fame if she is happy in that marriage. Again, this is not me justifying Tega -- despite what the situation is, no good woman will go the length she went.

As for Boma, that one is a soured okro. He deserves as much drag as Tega but because our society is a patriarchal one, Tega has been the one receiving the punches on their behalf. It is good they both left the house, those two were a hybrid of bad energy sources.
